the universe- autopilot poem

so they breathed all over everything

and kicked into the dirt

watched mud fly into the sky

with dancing eyes that followed

sun as it set into a dye

red and watercolour lit

sea a shining blood and boat and buzzing bee

waste into a wallow sky before the

buttons of the night relight themselves

ignite a sprinkle sparkle in its net mesh

that captures angels far long dead

above this universe of lead
